Funktionsweise
The motor drives a belt and pulley → speed reducer transmits torque to the drive shaft → split-gear mechanism synchronises the driven shaft to rotate counter to the drive shaft → material is pressed through the dies to form granules → granules are stripped from the dies → crushing and separation produce uniform granules. Extrusion dies are made from premium corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant material.
