The motor drives a belt and pulley→ speed reducer transmits torque to the drive shaft→ split-gear mechanism synchronises the driven shaft to rotate counter to the drive shaft→ material is pressed through the dies to form granules→ granules are stripped from the dies→ crushing and separation produce uniform granules. Extrusion dies are made from premium corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant material.
