Funktionsweise

Horizontal CAM driving system + Walking Beam structure. Film unwinding → hole punching → bottom folding → film guiding → bottom sealing → vertical sealing I/II/III (optional V) → photocell registration → servo film pulling → pouch cutting → pouch gripping → pouch opening (positive/negative pressure air separation with vacuum pump + gas tank) → air flushing → liquid filling I/II (optional spout feeding / spout sealing I/II) → top sealing I/II → finished product discharge. Servo ceramic pump filling accuracy <±0.5–1%; spout heat-sealing leak-free. CIP in-line cleaning + UV sterilization. No-bag-no-fill detection; automatic alarm and stop after three consecutive unopened bags.
