Horizontal CAM driving system + Walking Beam structure. Film unwinding→ hole punching→ bottom folding→ film guiding→ bottom sealing→ vertical sealing I/II/III(optional V) → photocell registration→ servo film pulling→ pouch cutting→ pouch gripping→ pouch opening(positive/negative pressure air separation with vacuum pump + gas tank) → air flushing→ liquid filling I/II(optional spout feeding / spout sealing I/II) → top sealing I/II→ finished product discharge. Servo ceramic pump filling accuracy <±0.5–1%; spout heat-sealing leak-free. CIP in-line cleaning + UV sterilization. No-bag-no-fill detection; automatic alarm and stop after three consecutive unopened bags.
