Funktionsweise
Film forming proceeds through two parallel forming paths: conventional ALU-PVC forming (heat-assist thermoforming) and tropical ALU-ALU cold-form aluminium forming. In cold-form mode, the bottom aluminium foil is mechanically pressed into cavities without heating. Products are loaded into the formed cavities and sealed with an aluminium lidding foil under heat and pressure. Batch number embossing, creasing, and punching follow. Servo traction with eyemark registration maintains pitch accuracy throughout.
