Funktionsweise
Empty capsules are fed from the magazine into the 12-station intermittent-motion turntable. Capsules are oriented and the cap is separated from the body by vacuum (−0.06 MPa). Powder/granule dosing uses a multi-position tamped dosing method — pressing material into the dosing chamber 5 times for precise, low-RSD filling. Dosed capsule bodies are reunited with caps, the closed capsules are ejected via cavity ejection pins (protecting capsules from damage), and unopened capsules are rejected. Dual discharge chutes enable front/back row sampling. The closed-loop indexer gearbox drives all motion in synchrony; frequency-converter speed control allows variable throughput.
