Funktionsweise
Pour sugar syrup into the heated hopper, set temperature and deposit speed on the PLC HMI. A servo-driven plunger system precisely deposits 10 g aliquots through 10 adjustable detachable nozzles into the mold tray. Process flow: cooked syrup rest & cool → flavor/color mixing → deposit & shape → cooling tunnel → demolding → drying room → (optional polishing/oil spray) → finished product → packaging.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Pour sugar syrup into the heated hopper, set temperature and deposit speed on the PLC HMI.
2A servo-driven plunger system precisely deposits 10 g aliquots through 10 adjustable detachable nozzles into the mold tray.
3Process flow: cooked syrup rest & cool → flavor/color mixing → deposit & shape → cooling tunnel → demolding → drying room → (optional polishing/oil spray) → finished product → packaging.
