Pour sugar syrup into the heated hopper, set temperature and deposit speed on the PLC HMI. A servo-driven plunger system precisely deposits 10 g aliquots through 10 adjustable detachable nozzles into the mold tray. Process flow: cooked syrup rest& cool→ flavor/color mixing→ deposit& shape→ cooling tunnel→ demolding→ drying room→ (optional polishing/oil spray) → finished product→ packaging.
