Funktionsweise
A specially shaped 3-leaf blending wheel is rotated at controlled speed by the gearing, making material move in a regular helical 3-D motion for thorough mixing. The wetted soft mass is then cut into uniform granules in a short time by the high-speed rotary multi-layer herringbone cutter blades. The process of mixing, wetting and granulating runs automatically and continuously, completing in approximately 10 minutes.
