Funktionsweise
Double-cone rotary vacuum drying: cylindrical body with conical ends rotates around a horizontal axis (3-13 rpm) tumbling material. Triple-wall construction (inner/jacket/outer) with steam, hot water (≤0.6 MPa) or thermal oil in jacket conducts heat through the wall while the vessel is held under vacuum (~-0.095 MPa); solvent vaporizes at lower temperature, drying time ~2/3 of static vacuum oven; vapor exits via 304SS vacuum pipe with inlet filter.
