Funktionsweise

Steam-jacketed dissolving cooker (200 L, 120°C max) dissolves sugar/maltose with agitation; gear pump (1.1 kW, 3.3 m³/h) transfers syrup to 200 L storage tank where flavor/color are mixed; vacuum continuously cooker raises syrup temperature from 110-115 °C to 135-145 °C under vacuum (heating area 2.45 m², steam 0.5-0.7 MPa); back-cooled cooling tables (L1000×W2000×H1000 mm) drop temperature; batch roller (15-75 rpm) kneads mass into bars; rope sizer's five differential pulling wheels (max 50 m/min) press cone (φ40-50) into uniform cylindrical strip; die-forming machine (≤200 kg/h, Φ20-35 mm diameter) stamps lollipops; lift conveyor feeds 5-layer AC cooling tunnel (7600×1600×2040 mm); pillow packer (≤280 pcs/min) wraps candies; wooden case export packing.
