Funktionsweise
Carton blanks are conveyed through the machine and filled in two stages by piston-style metering heads while a capping head closes the top. The carton seal is ultrasonically heated to bond the multi-layer paper/PE/foil structure. Operation is fully automated under PLC control with HMI touchscreen; one operator supervises. Process flow: blank feed → auto box pick-up → auto box loading → bottom forming (×2) → bottom sealing (×2) → box extraction → capping → top forming → filling → top forming (×2) → top sealing (×2) → date printing → product out.
