Carton blanks are conveyed through the machine and filled in two stages by piston-style metering heads while a capping head closes the top. The carton seal is ultrasonically heated to bond the multi-layer paper/PE/foil structure. Operation is fully automated under PLC control with HMI touchscreen; one operator supervises. Process flow: blank feed→ auto box pick-up→ auto box loading→ bottom forming(×2) → bottom sealing(×2) → box extraction→ capping→ top forming→ filling→ top forming(×2) → top sealing(×2) → date printing→ product out.
