Funktionsweise
Product is loaded onto stainless-steel mesh trays (wood-edge) on trolleys and placed inside the drying room. Fin-type heaters warm the air; axial fans circulate heated air uniformly around the product. Temperature (30-90 C) is regulated automatically by the PLC; 4 automatic moisture-exhaust ports remove humidity while 4 cold-air inlets manage temperature. Carbon-steel mesh diffusers ensure even airflow distribution. Conveyor speed, air volume, and product-layer thickness are all adjustable.
