Funktionsweise
Empty capsules are fed from the capsule feeder/hopper into the 18-hole closed indexing plate. A high-precision cam indexer (Shandong 83-6L/83-10R) rotates the die plate station by station: (1) capsule orientation and cap/body separation by vacuum; (2) dosing disk (3D-adjustable, lower face datum) fills powder/granules into the body (fill variation ±3–4%); (3) air-blow and vacuum cleaning of die holes; (4) cap recombination; (5) finished capsule ejection by push rod. Underslung cam with atomizing oil pump maintains cam-groove lubrication. Original Japanese IKO linear bearings (122 pcs) ensure precision. Siemens PLC + touchscreen controls VFD to achieve 2,000 capsules/min.
