Empty capsules are fed from the capsule feeder/hopper into the 18-hole closed indexing plate. A high-precision cam indexer(Shandong 83-6L/83-10R) rotates the die plate station by station:(1) capsule orientation and cap/body separation by vacuum;(2) dosing disk(3D-adjustable, lower face datum) fills powder/granules into the body(fill variation ±3–4%); (3) air-blow and vacuum cleaning of die holes;(4) cap recombination;(5) finished capsule ejection by push rod. Underslung cam with atomizing oil pump maintains cam-groove lubrication. Original Japanese IKO linear bearings(122 pcs) ensure precision. Siemens PLC + touchscreen controls VFD to achieve 2,000 capsules/min.

Pre-production: wipe outer surface with clean wet cloth; open hood and wipe interior with clean cloth; clean hopper, turntable, and filling mechanism with clean cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: same as pre-production. Capsule on-rate specification: standard capsules ≥99.5%; empty capsule rate 99.9%.
