Funktionsweise

Rotary station flow: (1) Empty capsule dispensing — capsules stored on slanted rod (50-100 pcs), dispensed one by one into mold plate via pneumatic drive (upgradable to servo). (2) Nitrogen flushing into empty capsule and hopper. (3) No-capsule sensor — if no capsule detected, filling and sealing do not execute. (4) Optional vacuum feeder supplies coffee powder automatically to 15-liter hopper. (5) Servo screw filling — servo motor drives screw, filling amount adjustable via HMI (pulse and speed); internal mixing motor with adjustable speed; hopper on movable rod for easy cleaning; nitrogen-atmosphere in hopper. (6) Second nitrogen flush. (7) Foil lid dispensing — vacuum suction cup picks pre-cut lid and places onto filled capsule; storage rod holds ~1500 lids. (8) No-lid sensor — if no lid detected, machine stops and alarms. (9) Pneumatic heat sealing — copper sealing head, Omron temperature controller and solid-state relay for constant temperature. (10) Vacuum suction output to 1-meter conveyor belt. Air cylinder position tracking (magnetic switch) prevents table rotation if any cylinder fails to return.

Prozessbeschreibung

1Rotary station flow: (1) Empty capsule dispensing — capsules stored on slanted rod (50-100 pcs), dispensed one by one into mold plate via pneumatic drive (upgradable to servo).
