Funktionsweise
Tempered chocolate from the holding tank/tempering machine is pumped to servo-driven double-head casting heads. Molds (300 in circulation) are preheated, positioned under the casters, and dosed accurately by the servo casting head. After casting, the molds pass over a vibrating table to remove air bubbles, then through a cooling tunnel. Demolded chocolates are conveyed out. The double-head split-tray design enables two-color chocolate casting by independently dosing each half.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Tempered chocolate from the holding tank/tempering machine is pumped to servo-driven double-head casting heads.
