Funktionsweise

Material is loaded into the SS316L mixing pan and the lid is locked with a silicone-rubber seal. The operator sets mixing time and speed on the 7" touch-screen HMI; the variable-frequency drive ramps the 5.5 kW motor through a worm-gear reducer to rotate the pan at 3–10 rpm. Because the pan axis is offset 30° from the rotation axis, material tumbles and also rolls tangentially along the pan wall, producing intense fold-and-cross mixing. At preset time, the system stops vertically (pan upright). To discharge, the operator opens the DN200 anti-mis-operation butterfly valve at the lower apex.
