SED-12QX-L — 12-Head Rotary Bottle Washing Machine

Motor and reducer drive the main shaft, which rotates 12 grippers through a circular path. The infeed star wheel transfers bottles into the grippers; a flipping track inverts each bottle to the vertical mouth-down position. A water (or air) distribution valve opens to flush each bottle for a controlled time, then closes; the bottle drains over the controlled-bottle station to leave no residual water; the gripper flips the bottle upright again and the outfeed star wheel discharges. Limit switches at every station auto-stop on faults.
