Funktionsweise

10-station intermittent rotary turret. Step 1 — vacuum cap/body separation as capsule drops into mould bores. Step 2 — lower mould descends, exposing body for filling. Step 3 — reserved station for granule/pellet device. Steps 1–5 of dosing disk progressively fill 6 dosing bores; 5 successive tamping pins compact the powder column with curved cam motion. Step 4 of turret — tamping pin presses compacted slug into capsule body. Step 6 — unopened (cap+body still joined) capsules are ejected. Step 8 — lower mould rises and locks capsule with push-rod. Step 9 — finished capsule pushed out to collection. Step 10 — vacuum + compressed-air mould-cleaning.
