Funktionsweise
Bottles infed in trays via SED-300SP-W (oscillating laydown feeder → conveyor chain). SED-120XP-W roller washer rotates bottles and washes inner/outer surfaces. SED-HX-W far-infrared sterilization tunnel (Class 100 HEPA over cooling zone) sterilizes and dries bottles. Buffer feeder smooths bottle flow. SED-12-8-8YTG1-W: 12 ceramic piston-pump fill heads (servo-controlled, single servo drives 12 pumps) → 8 rotary stopper insertion heads → 8 screw-cap heads. SED-TBJ-W labels finished bottles. Schneider PLC + HMI + VFD throughout.

1Bottles infed in trays via SED-300SP-W (oscillating laydown feeder → conveyor chain).
2SED-120XP-W roller washer rotates bottles and washes inner/outer surfaces.
3SED-HX-W far-infrared sterilization tunnel (Class 100 HEPA over cooling zone) sterilizes and dries bottles.
