Funktionsweise
Bottles are conveyed by infeed belt to the cylinder stop position; transferred by belt to the capping station. When fiber sensor detects a bottle, automatic filling begins; after filling, the bottle is detected and a cap is applied (no-bottle/no-cap interlock); after capping, the bottle is detected for stopper and then routed to the capping station — cylinder presses against bottle; capping head descends over cap for automatic rotation; auto-slip at specified torque prevents scratching the cap and ensures consistent tightness. Completed bottle exits via output belt. Single-station indexing via main motor → reducer → cam indexer cam indexer → turntable intermittent motion.

Rail adjustment: loosen support brackets/nuts → place replacement-size bottle → adjust width ~1 mm wider than bottle diameter → re-tighten. Lubrication: hanger oil-holes/fill-head lift shaft — N32 machine oil every shift; drive chains/sprockets and gears — calcium grease weekly; ball screws — calcium grease monthly; gearbox (non-servo type) — N32 machine oil every 6 months. Motor/VFD/control panel/electrical components must be kept away from water spray or high-humidity environments. Always stop machine and disconnect main power before lubrication.
