Funktionsweise
Loose ampoule vials are fed into a storage/orientation/sequencing station where they are aligned and sorted. A 6-axis robot (10 kg payload, 1.5 kW) picks vials from the sequencing station and places them into plastic trays manually loaded onto the in-feed conveyor. Filled trays are output via a clamping conveyor that connects inline to a downstream labelling machine. An HMI operator interface provides control and monitoring.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Loose ampoule vials are fed into a storage/orientation/sequencing station where they are aligned and sorted.
2A 6-axis robot (10 kg payload, 1.5 kW) picks vials from the sequencing station and places them into plastic trays manually loaded onto the in-feed conveyor.
3Filled trays are output via a clamping conveyor that connects inline to a downstream labelling machine.
4An HMI operator interface provides control and monitoring.
