Funktionsweise
A high-precision pressure sensor mounted on a 4-stage shock-isolated mechanical drive presses a 12.700 mm diameter cylindrical probe into a gelatin sample held at controlled low temperature in a standard 150 mL Bloom jar (59 mm ID, 85 mm tall). LCD-controlled software dynamically monitors probe penetration depth (1–60 mm) at one of five sampling speeds (0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1, 2 mm/s) and reports peak or terminal Bloom g values; auto-correction handles nonlinear errors and over-range conditions.
