SED-100RJ-B — SED-100RJ-B Soft Capsule Production Line

Gelatin sol is heated and vacuum-mixed in a 200L SUS304 jacketed three-layer tank (5kW heating, 1.5kW stirrer at 35rpm) supported by a 4kW water-ring vacuum pump, 60L condenser and 160L vapor-water separator. Fill is prepared in an 80L vacuum mixing tank and homogenised on a colloid mill. The encapsulator forms two gelatin films via a coating spray box (0.01mm) under PID temp control; a Phi64x100mm rotary die at 0-5rpm meets the films and 6x(0-2)mL injection wedges deposit fill into cavities, sealing capsules at +-1% (<500mg) or +-0.5% (>500mg). Capsules drop into SED-3GZJ-B drying tumblers (SS304 cages, independent VFD-driven forward/reverse, 0-18rpm, 50m3/min blower); reverse rotation discharges. A 1.5kW chiller feeds cold air to the spray-box zone. Final inspection on 1000x1000mm SUS304 light-inspection table.
