SED-1000RZGF-Q is a fully-automatic non-PVC three-chamber soft-bag forming-filling-sealing machine. It auto-completes: hot-foil printing, three-chamber tack-welding, bag forming, three-liquid separate filling (with nitro
Funktionsweise
Multi-layer non-PVC PP flat film is unwound by motor-driven unwind station and pulled through the machine via a stationary film-opener with pneumatic clamps. Station sequence: (01) film unwind; (02) hot-foil printing (lot/expiry/product codes, adjustable temp/time/pressure); (03) film advance with stationary opener separating two film layers for tube insertion; (04) tack-welding of internal chamber dividers (adjustable welding temp and time for peel-open integrity); (05) peripheral welding and tube pre-attachment + bag contour cutting; (06) tube pre-heating; (07) tube cutting to fixed length; (08) tube welding to bag; (09) scrap-edge removal by pneumatic gripper; (10) bag transfer by servo-driven gripper to filling station; (11) three-station filling with independent liquid paths (each with fill valve, Coriolis flowmeter, silicone tubing; amino-acid station includes N₂ purge after fill, controlled by fill time, low-pressure alarm); (12) cap sealing (3 caps per bag, vacuum-pick); (13) conveyor output. CIP/SIP integrated: fill nozzles descend into steam/cleaning chamber; sequential rinsing with cleaning fluid then steam at ~125°C (PT-100 monitoring).

CIP: initiate from touch screen; fill nozzles descend into cleaning/steam chamber, sealed by silicone gaskets; cleaning fluid flows from product connection through buffer tank, distributor, fill valves, into chamber, exits via two drain pipes. SIP: after CIP, superheated steam at ~125°C passes same path; PT-100 probes on both sides of chamber monitor temperature; condensate exits via swan-neck drain. After SIP, nozzles remain in steam chamber until next production.
