Funktionsweise
Material is loaded into the double-cone vessel under vacuum. The vessel rotates slowly (3–13 rpm, with timed forward/reverse) so the material continuously tumbles and exposes fresh surface. The jacket is heated indirectly by thermal oil; vacuum (–0.09 MPa) lowers the boiling point so liquid evaporates at low temperature. Vapour is drawn off by a water-ring vacuum pump; condensate can be recovered with an optional recovery unit.
Prozessbeschreibung
