Funktionsweise
Cycle: Drying -> Heat-up -> Sterilizing -> Cooling -> finish. PLC-controlled electric heating with high-temperature-resistant circulating fans (4 kW x 2) that circulate sterilizing-temperature air across loaded trays. Inlet and outlet HEPA filters maintain Class 100 cleanliness inside chamber. Forced air cooling (or water cooling option). Heat-up to 250°C in ≤45 min; cool 250°C → 80°C in ≤90 min (water-inlet <15°C). Forced interlock plus sound-and-light alarms. Soft and hard PT100 sensors monitor temperature uniformity to ±3°C empty.
