Funktionsweise

A 1.1 kW turbine-sealed motor (overload/overheat protected, capable of 24 h continuous duty) drives a high-airflow blower that creates 200-220 mbar vacuum at the dust suction port (40 mm standard inlet). Dust-laden air enters via the hose, passes through the 30 L dust-collection drum, then through the 2.5 m2 star-shaped polyester-fiber needled filter (or optional high-efficiency cartridge); cleaned air exits through the silent damping device. Periodically the operator shakes the filter manually (or pulses with optional auto-cleaning) to dislodge trapped dust into the drum. A pressure-relief device on certain variants automatically vents excessive negative pressure.

Reinigung und Wartung

Manual shake the filter every shift to dislodge dust; replace polyester filter when collection drops noticeably. Empty the 30 L dust drum regularly. Verify ground chain contacts the floor and machine ground wire is connected (prevents static buildup). Power off and unplug before cleaning the filter or doing any maintenance. Do not vacuum wet dust, flammable / explosive / corrosive / radioactive substances, surface temp must be <=60 C.
