Funktionsweise
Freeze drying is achieved by freezing the material under vacuum and low-temperature conditions to preserve the activity and stability of the material. Silicon oil circulates through the shelves for precise PID-controlled temperature management (-55 degC to +80 degC). The cascade refrigeration system (two-stage compressor) rapidly achieves cold trap temperatures <= -75 degC (no load). A BAOSI dual-stage vacuum pump evacuates the chamber to <= 2.6 Pa ultimate vacuum. The hydraulic system, installed below the drying chamber, provides adjustable stoppering force (0-1.0 bar) for vial stoppering inside the dryer.
