Single-bucket elevator lifts raw material(beef cubes, etc.) to the hopper→ screw feeder delivers product steadily to the 4-head screw combination scale→ scale weighs 100–500 g(±5 g) and drops product into empty cans→ 4-head sauce filler doses sauce via 316L magnetic gear pump(VFD-controlled, ±1%) → 304 SS conveyor delivers cans to sealer→ single-head sealer closes cans using 4 sealing rolls(2 first-pass + 2 second-pass), can body does not rotate→ ink-jet coder prints date/expiry/batch number→ cans exit for packing. Full PLC interlocking across all stations.
