The SED-HWSX-B Constant-Temperature Water Bath is a precision lab thermostat designed for the JS-II Bloom-strength tester and other laboratory instruments. A microprocessor-controlled heater plus circulation pump holds b
مبدأ العمل
A microprocessor reads temperature from an immersed sensor and modulates the heater on/off relative to a preset value(default 10.0 °C). A circulation pump moves bath fluid through an external chiller(ZL-III refrigeration unit) and back via inlet/outlet ports on the rear panel. Above 8 °C distilled water is recommended; below 8 °C a distilled water plus laboratory-grade ethylene glycol mixture is required(automotive antifreeze is prohibited). The system holds bath temperature within ±0.1 °C(5–30 °C range) and ±0.3 °C(30–70 °C range).

Clean enclosure and bath tank monthly to control dust. Replace circulation fluid every 3 months at minimum. Do not use steel brushes(will damage tank). Drain via included hose with suction-bulb priming; refill and bleed air per manual before restart. Never run circulation pump dry. Bleed air after every fluid change.
