The SED-DFX-B is a fuller-scope iodophor cotton-swab line that adds an in-house plastic-stick extruder to the filling, centrifuge, and forming/drying/packaging stack. The extruder produces 1000-1200 sticks/min (Φ2.5-2.8
مبدأ العمل
Plastic resin is fed into the extruder, melted at high temperature by the screw, and extruded asΦ2.5-2.8 mm tubes. After water-tank cooling and vacuum rounding, a synchronous belt auto-cutter trims sticks to 72 mm(±1 mm tolerance). The sticks feed into the iodophor filling machine: heat-seal end→ peristaltic pump iodophor injection→ silicone oil addition(10-15 sticks per cycle). Filled sticks pass through the centrifuge to expel air. In the swab machine, a digital-display peristaltic glue pump applies adhesive and cotton strips are wound and formed; sticks pass through a closed-loop hot-air drying oven. A vacuum pump draws composite films together and each swab is roller-pressed and four-side heat-sealed into individual bags.
