The SED-DFX-A is a complete iodophor (povidone-iodine) cotton swab production line. The line integrates an iodophor filling machine (10-stick simultaneous filling, 100 pcs/min), a centrifuge for de-aeration of filled sti
مبدأ العمل
After plastic sticks are loaded, the filling machine simultaneously fills 10 sticks per cycle: heat-sealing the end, injecting iodophor, then topping off with silicone oil — all PLC + peristaltic-pump controlled for precise dosing. The filled sticks enter a centrifuge(up to 1500 rpm) to expel trapped air. The sticks then feed into the swab machine where a peristaltic glue pump applies adhesive and de-esterified cotton strips are wound around each stick; a snap-mark ring is scored on the stick. The swabs pass through a closed-loop recirculating hot-air drying oven, then enter a packaging machine where a vacuum pump draws the upper and lower composite films together and seals each swab individually in a four-side heat-sealed bag.
