SED-7FGX-A is a turnkey integrated vacuum-nitrogen-can-sealing production line composed of seven coordinated machines: (1) circular bottle-unscrambler SED-1180ZP-A, (2) automatic anion air-rinse bottle washer SED-XP-A, (
مبدأ العمل
Empty cans enter the SED-1180ZP-A 1180mm-diameter circular unscrambler(10-60 cans/min, 0.75kW) which orients them onto the line. They pass through the SED-XP-A anion air-rinse washer(1.2kW, 4-5 cycles/min) for dust removal, then a 2m SED-1500UV-A UV-253.7nm sterilization tunnel(0.4kW) at 30-50 cans/min. Filled cans flow into the SED-7FG-A vacuum-N2 capper(4kW, 380V) which draws vacuum, flushes nitrogen and double-seams the lid(residual O2 <=3%). The SED-JD-A 20-50W fiber laser printer(1064nm) marks date/lot codes. The SED-FGZZ-A magnetic flipper inverts the can if needed for downstream check or label, and the SED-40YG-A high-cap presser(servo-driven, 1.2kW) installs and presses dust caps at 20-40 cans/min.
