مبدأ العمل
Granular material is gravity-fed into the feeder; the rotating turret carries 23 sets of upper/lower punches through filling, pre-compression, main compression, and ejection stations. Maximum working pressure 80 kN. Adjustable filling depth(10–18 mm) and tablet thickness(3–6 mm). PLC-controlled variable-speed drive sets turret rotational speed(10–20 rpm). Transmission shaft is sealed in an oil bath under the main frame. The compression chamber is enclosed in stainless steel and transparent organic glass and connected to a dust extraction system to eliminate cross-contamination.

Pre-production: remove all residual tablets and powder; wipe down turret, punches, die table, and compression area with a clean dry cloth; check that hopper and feeder are clean. Post-shift: shut down the machine, open the compression area cover, remove punches and dies, clean all contact surfaces with a brush and dry cloth; do not use water directly on electrical components. Periodically inspect and clean the suction system filter.
