مبدأ العمل
Cleaned eggs are fed sequentially into the conveyor belt mold holes. At the cracking station, the shell is cut by a specialized blade; a clamping device pulls the shell halves apart. The egg liquid flows via a drip tray and guide chute into the separation unit, where egg white drains into one container and egg yolk into another. Empty shells fall into the collection bin at the discharge end, ensuring maximum freshness of the egg liquid(immediate use after collection).

All product-contact surfaces are food-grade SUS304 stainless steel. After each production run, rinse drip tray, guide chutes, and separation cups with water; dry before next use. The separation cups are designed for fast removal and cleaning.
