SED-650SXP-A — Laboratory Glassware Washer-Disinfector

Glassware loaded onto basket racks with side water-feed manifold; chamber double doors close and lock. PLC selects the user-chosen wash program; the European high-temperature recirc pump(1000 L/min) drives water through a rotating spray-arm system(with speed/pressure feedback). Auto flowmeter + level sensor meter detergent and rinse water; the heater raises wash water up to 93°C with AO-value monitoring for thermal disinfection(organic residue <0.1 mg/L, metal ions <0.02 mg/L). After wash and rinse cycles complete, an injection-style hot-air system blows H13-HEPA-filtered heated air directly through the outlet manifold into each glassware piece for drying(room temp to 120°C, up to 300 min). Door interlock prevents opening until temperature drops to a configurable safe value.
