SED-650RZ-C — Vacuum Homogenizing Emulsifier

Water and oil phases are pre-heated and stirred in the open-lid water pot and oil pot, then drawn into the vacuum-sealed main emulsifying kettle through transfer piping under vacuum. Inside the main kettle, a PTFE-bladed frame scraper and a counter-rotating center stirrer(variable 0–86 rpm) continuously sweep and remix material against the wall, presenting fresh material to a high-speed top-mounted homogenizer. The 11 kW homogenizer rotor(2900 rpm) shears material between rotor and stator, producing 200 nm to 2µm particles for emulsification. Vacuum extracts entrained air bubbles. After completion, the lid is hydraulically raised and the kettle manually tilted to discharge through the bottom valve.
