SED-60RG-D — Tube Filling and Sealing Machine

Empty tubes are loaded into the tube hopper. The auto-tube-feed device inserts each tube into a holder(positioning mold) on the rotary table; an eye-mark sensor(Panasonic R58 EXPERT) detects the print mark and rotates the tube to align artwork. The closed conical hopper feeds product through a piston-type metering valve directly into the tube at the fill station(5-300 mL, +/-1%). The table indexes the filled tube through tail-melt(Ruifeng Le3000 hot-air gun, 3 kW), pneumatic crimp-seal jaws, and a date/batch coder, then discharges to the collection container. Cooling water from the 1.4 kW chiller stabilizes seal-jaw temperature.
