مبدأ العمل
Sugar is dissolved in 500L steam-jacketed dissolving tank with 2.2 kW agitator(steam 100 kg/h@ 0.5 MPa). Gelatin is melted separately in a 200L jacketed melter(0.75 kW motor + reducer; 70L metering chamber). Sugar mass and gelatin combine in 300L vacuum jacketed mixing tank for de-aeration, then transfer via 0.75 kW VFD-controlled syrup pump to 300L jacketed storage tank. Servo dual-color 4-row depositor(1.5 kW×2 servo + 1 kW tracking) deposits onto Teflon-coated aluminum moulds(1200 pcs) on the 1.5 kW VFD-controlled mould conveyor. Color/flavor in-line static mixers(2×0.37 kW) blend in CFA from 4 dosing pumps(4 L/h each, adjustable). Filled moulds enter MT125 cooling tunnel(8 kW), then chain-type demoulding system removes gummies and brushes mould; pneumatic oil sprayer prepares moulds for next cycle. Demoulded gummies pass to 1450×1150×1300mm sugar coater(24 rpm, 0.75 kW).
