مبدأ العمل
Rotary tablet pressing: granular material is forced-fed into the die cavities of a 57-station rotating turret, then compressed between upper and lower punches via cam-driven pressure rollers(continuously adjustable pre-pressure up to 20 kN; main pressure up to 80 kN), and ejected as finished tablets. Upper and lower punches apply uniform simultaneous pressure, allowing air in the granules to escape from the die holes for improved tablet density uniformity. PLC + HMI control with isolated viewing window.

Pre-production: wipe outer surface with clean damp cloth; open machine and wipe interior with damp cloth; wipe hopper with clean cloth then sterilize with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe inside and outside with clean damp cloth; clean hopper with 75% industrial alcohol. Deep clean: ensure all punch-disk areas free of material deposits; clean upper guide plate with nylon bristle brush dipped in alcohol; use only lint-free cloths to dry parts; clean die holder slots with tool-kit cleaning tool; pass cloth through lower cam track. Do not use wire brushes on guide plates.
