Six rotary cylinder-valve pumps draw paste/cream from a heated upper hopper(10 kW auto-thermostat, preventing solidification of high-viscosity material) through anti-drip filling needles into glass bottles on a linear conveyor. Electromagnetic vibration bowl feeds caps; pneumatic grippers pick and place caps; screw-capping heads apply torque. PLC controls filling volume and conveyor speed(VFD); no-bottle sensor stops filling to prevent waste.
