Bottles are gravity-fed from the SED-ZP-H rotary turntable infeed onto a linear track and positioned by pneumatic cylinders. Six rising-needle 316L stainless metering pumps fill the bottles in a single row; needles rise with the liquid level to prevent foam. Bottles index to a 12-position rotary cap-seating wheel where caps from the electromagnetic vibratory cap sorter are pressed/crimped one bottle at a time. No-bottle / no-cap interlock prevents waste. Conveyor speed controlled by VFD; servo motor drives the rotary cap wheel. Mechanical filling system with touchscreen overall fill adjustment and mechanical fine-tune.
