Crude oil enters the refining tanks(LYY150 ×2, double-speed motor) where S-shaped coils provide rapid heating and a wing-type stirrer performs alkali-refining and water washing; soap stock is conveyed by the KCB200 soap-stock pump. Neutralised oil moves to the bleaching tank(TSG150, 2.2 kW) where active bleaching clay mixes under double-layer S-coil heating/cooling and wing-type stirring; clay is removed by the NYB10 leaf-vibration filter. Bleached oil enters the deodorisation tank(TXG150, full stainless steel) where internal high-pressure steam jets strip volatiles; a horizontal 3-stage water-steam injection pump(QSWJ-3-160, 7.5 kW, suction rate 160-320 m³/h) maintains high vacuum. Double-layer S-coils in the deodorisation tank allow rapid temperature rise and fall. Finished deodorised oil is discharged by centrifugal oil pump(RY50-32-160). Thermal energy is supplied by an organic heat carrier furnace(250,000 kcal, diesel); a cooling tower(100 m³/h) provides cooling water.

2Neutralised oil moves to the bleaching tank(TSG150, 2.2 kW) where active bleaching clay mixes under double-layer S-coil heating/cooling and wing-type stirring; clay is removed by the NYB10 leaf-vibration filter.
