SED-550FQ-A automatic L-bar / side sealer for in-line shrink wrapping. Uses centre-fold film and seals the other three sides with constant-temperature heating (seals PE, POF and other standard heat-seal films). Photoelec
مبدأ العمل
Product is conveyed by PU belt(Linbang motor) into the sealing zone; Omron photoelectric sensor detects product arrival. Centre-fold film is advanced by a Linbang film-feed motor + Omron inductive switch(controls film length) to cover the product. Airtac cylinder drives the horizontal seal blade(570 mm) vertically down; Teflon-coated alloy blade heated by stainless-steel heater tube + Xinpu temperature controller(0–400°C) heat-seals and cuts all three open sides(fourth side is the fold). Waste film is rewound by Linbang rewind motor + Omron inductive switch(timed). A multi-position perforator simultaneously punches holes to allow air escape during downstream shrinkage. Packaged products are conveyed to the downstream internal-circulation shrink tunnel(e.g. SED-5535RS-A).
