Tubes are loaded into a magazine; an auto feeder pushes them onto a mechanical chain conveyor with cup grips. A color-mark sensor(Panasonic) and Times Chaoqun seek motor rotate each tube to the programmed angle for label/seam alignment. Mechanical cam-and-conveyor drive indexes the tube to the filling station, where a metered piston/peristaltic pump delivers product(5–300 mL range, ±1% accuracy). Tube tail then enters the heat station where a 3.3 kW heater softens the polymer; a water-cooled seal jaw closes, embossing line/knurl/shape pattern with date code. A trim knife cuts excess; finished tubes discharge. Xinjie PLC + HMI sequences all stations with VFD speed control.
