SED-50BLFY-A — Lifting & Rotating Double-Layer Glass Reactor

The machine features an electrically controlled constant-speed stirring system, condenser and addition systems, and a jacket that requires connection to an external heating or cooling circulator. While stirring, hot or cold fluid is circulated through the jacket to maintain constant-temperature heating or cooling of the material inside. During heating reactions, vacuum conditions(external vacuum unit required) improve evaporation efficiency. Solvent vapour condenses in the glass condenser coil into liquid, which can either reflux back into the reactor or be recovered through the valve below the reflux elbow. When the reaction is complete, material can be discharged through the side outlet at the bottom of the vessel.
