Tablet cores tumble inside a sealed rotating perforated drum(Phi1560 mm, 2-11 rpm) with internal flow-baffles that produce smooth turnover and frequent cross-mixing without breakage. Hot air flows through the drum top-to-bottom, drying the coating film as spray guns atomize coating solution onto the tumbling tablets. Negative pressure(>=10 Pa, auto-controlled) is maintained inside the drum throughout to prevent cross-contamination and dust escape. Spent air and fine particles are exhausted through a vibrating bag filter(99% efficiency) with auto-pulse cleaning; an anti-backflow valve at the exhaust outlet prevents return of exhaust air on shutdown. PLC with temperature and pressure modules auto-regulates all key variables.
